903.08(f) Post Classifier's Decision
A post classifier decides the question of the proper classification of the application, and either (1) returns the application to the TC which submitted it if he or she denied the transfer request, or (2) forwards the application to the TC to which it is transferred. See also MPEP § 903.10.
