2291 Notice of - 2200 Citation of Prior Art and Ex Parte Reexamination of Patents
2291 Notice of >Ex Parte Reexamination< Certificate Issuance in Official Gazette [R-2]
The Official Gazette notice will include bibliographic information, and an indication of the status of each claim after the termination of the reexamination proceeding. Additionally, a representative claim will be published along with an indication of any changes to the specification or drawing.
>The notice of ex parte reexamination certificate will clearly indicate that it is a certificate for a concluded ex parte reexamination proceeding, as opposed to an inter partes reexamination proceeding.<
