1213.03 Publication of Board Decision
Decisions of the Board may be published at the discretion of the Commissioner. Requests by members of the public or applicants to publish a decision of the Board should be referred to the Office of the Solicitor. A decision in a pending or abandoned application will be published in accordance with 37 CFR 1.14(g).
Decisions of the Board which are open to the public are available in electronic form on the USPTO website (http://www.uspto.gov).
