A primary examiner who prepares an application for issue >types,< prints>,< or stamp>s< his or her name and signs the file wrapper only in the "Primary Examiner" box>, or if the application is an IFW application, on the Issue Classification sheet<. A line should be drawn through the "Assistant Examiner" box to make it clear that the absence of a name in the box was not an oversight.
