§ 430 Notification of Designations under Rule 32
Where the effects of any international application are extended to a successor State under Rule 32.1(a), the International Bureau shall promptly, but not before the international publication of the international application, effect the communication under Article 20 to the designated Office concerned, and notify that Office under Rule 47.1(abis)
