2691 - 2600 Optional Inter Partes Reexamination
2691 Notice of Inter Partes Reexamination Certificate Issuance in Official Gazette [Added R-2]
The Official Gazette notice will include bibliographic information, and an indication of the status of each claim after the termination of the reexamination proceeding. Additionally, a representative claim will be published along with an indication of any changes to the specification or drawing.
The notice of reexamination certificate will clearly state that it is a certificate for a concluded inter partes reexamination proceeding (as opposed to an ex parte reexamination proceeding).
