2692 Distribution of Certificate [Added R-2]
A copy of the inter partes reexamination certificate should be stapled to each copy of the patent in the search files. A copy of the certificate will also be made a part of any patent copies prepared by the Office subsequent to the issuance of the certificate.
A copy of the inter partes reexamination certificate will also be forwarded to all depository libraries and to those foreign offices which have an exchange agreement with the Office.
